Booking T+Cs
By booking any service with BMUA Hair and Makeup Academy you are agreeing to our T&Cs and privacy policy. We reserve the right to change our T&Cs from time to time, please look for any updated information as this may affect your booking. A Deposit is required to secure your place on any of our BMUA Academy courses. This is non-refundable. The full course fee amount is payable two weeks before the course start date. Failure to pay the remaining fee on time will mean you lose your place and deposit. Ways to Pay- You can choose to pay online, or you can speak to the academy, and they can send an electronic invoice to be paid via bank transfer. No shows or on the day cancellations, for any bookings, will lose the full deposit and will be liable to pay the full amount of the total missed booking fee. Deposits and fees are non-refundable but can sometimes be transferred to the next course date, but only with prior agreement from BMUA Hair and Makeup Academy. Deposits paid must be used within 6 months. There is a £25 accreditation fee that is additional to the course fees. You are required to bring your own models to work on, or you can work on yourself and fellow students on the course. We reserve the right to change advertised or agreed course dates if necessary or if the minimum numbers required to run the course are not met. In this case alternative dates will be offered, and the deposit transferred. If you cannot make the course due to illness, then your deposit will be transferred to the next available course date. Y Makeup lesson fees are payable in advance. These are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to sickness you must notify the academy as soon as possible. The academy can then transfer this to another day. By booking any service with BMUA Hair and Makeup Academy you are agreeing to our T&Cs and privacy policy. We take your privacy and personal information very seriously and will handle any data we collect from you carefully, confidentially, securely and use them solely for the administration of our business. When you visit, register or book services with us you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name and contact details. You always have the right to remove your data from our files. To do this simply contact us. We do not store credit card details, nor will we share any data you provide through this site with any third-party unless you authorise us to do so, or we are required to do so by law. Your privacy is important to us. We value your privacy and want to be clear about the data we collect about you. What we collect: Your name and email address. You may also choose to provide your telephone number, business name and address. We do not store debit or credit card details. We may use your information where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you: a) in relation to providing you with products and services as our client; b) to request payment from you for our products and services; or c) because you have asked us to provide information or a quotation before entering a contract with us. We work hard to protect the personal information that we hold about you and are committed to taking appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from accidental loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure. We only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary or permitted given the purposes for which it was collected. We may change this Privacy Policy over time. Any changes will become effective from when we post a revised Privacy Policy on our website.
